Distribution Block TEXU200 for RV and boat

The TEXU family with TEXU400 and TEXU200 revolutionizes the electrical installation. The round central heart of the system combines many components that previously had to be purchased individually, in a common overall housing. Space utilization and the number of possible connections in the smallest of spaces are optimized by this form, the effort for cabling the system is minimized in a pioneering way with also a maximum ease of use after installation.

Cost saving

The TEXU200 replaces the purchase of individual fuse holders and busbars. Production, packaging and shipping of individual components with corresponding purchase prices are avoided and valuable raw materials (especially copper) are saved. This results in a much cheaper purchase compared to individual components of equivalent quality.

Saving space

The merging of individual components reduces saves a lot of valuable space.

Saving working hours and sources of error

Mounting and wiring of one part is faster, than mounting several parts and that one part "by the way" eliminates half of all cable crimping! It therefore saves working hours and further installation material such as cable lugs, shrink tubing, etc. In addition, 50% fewer crimps also mean 50% less connections that can (when installing or later when traveling) cause trouble.

In addition, the stacking of cable lugs due to insufficient ground distribution is a thing of the past, which also makes a decisive contribution to professional, functionally reliable installation.

All connection bolts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, M8 and M4 with flange nuts to securely connect cable lugs up to 70 mm2 / up to 50 mm2.

1:1 mass distribution

No more insufficient ground distribution: Just like the TEXU400, the TEXU200 also has a minus connection for every plus connection.

Anti-ignition

The TEXU Distribution Blocks are ignition protected according to ISO 8846. They are therefore approved for installation in the engine compartment.

LED broken fuse monitoring with light guides

Fiber optics are leading the light of en LED as indikator for a broken fuse, directly on the labeling of the circuits in the closed lid, thus enabling fast and reliable diagnosis. A set of stickers for labeling is included.

Space for spare fuses

The TEXU200 includes additional slots for spare fuses (1x MEGA, 1x MIDI, 2x ATO/ATC/ATP)


Convenient opening and closing

The knob located in the middle of the housing cover allows the cover to be opened and closed without any problems and even makes one-handed operation in narrow spaces possible .
