160Wp / 2xUSB truck edition charges the starter batteries of your expedition vehicle during long idle times or the 24V / 12V cabin electrics. Two USB connections charge small devices directly from the module.

 

 

Drivers of truck-based motorhomes usually have enough water and supplies with them to be able to stand independently in the best places for a long time. In order to keep the starter battery fit during this time (especially when staying in cooler climes), the use of this solar bag is simply perfect. It fits behind the windshield of all common trucks. At high temperatures, it also “shadows” the driver's cab. Of course, this procedure is not only effective when traveling, but also when the motorhome is parked for a long time. This truck edition solar module keeps the batteries fresh for a reliable start to the next tour.

 

160Wp / 2xUSB truck edition also has two USB slots with which mobile phones, device batteries etc. can also be charged directly from the module - there is no shorter way to tap into the sun's energy.

 

A solar charge controller is required for connection to the vehicle battery. A cable is already included in the scope of delivery. It has a length of 5 meters. If there is already a controller in the vehicle through a permanently installed system, it can be used IF it can process the common, maximum power. For an optimal power output, however, it is recommended to use a separate MPPT charge controller for the solar bag. The optionally available SmartSolar MPPT 75/15 solar controller fits perfectly. The charging data of the solar bag can be called up on the smartphone via Bluetooth. Extension or replacement cables are also available separately.
